"Any Attempt at Resuscitation is Better Than No Attempt"
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies.
The unit applies to all persons who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
Specific licensing/regulatory requirements relating to this competency, including requirements for refresher training should be obtained from the relevant national/state/territory Work Health and Safety Regulatory Authorities.

This unit applies to all persons who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

This course provides the skills required for remedial massage practice. At this level, practitioners may be self-employed as independent practitioners or may work within a more significant health service. Our study method lets you learn the required skills whilst managing other life commitments. This course helps you in assisting rehabilitation, pain, and injury management and contributes to the treatment and prevention of injuries. Diploma of remedial massage course will let the learners be self-employed or may work within a larger health service. If you have plan of higher studies, this will set you on the pathway to complete Bachelor of Health Science degree.
Core Units (18 total): Covering key skills for remedial massage, including:
Client relationship management
Infection control
Pain neuroscience principles
Remedial massage clinical practice
Elective Units (3 total): May include:
First aid
Business management
Other relevant electives based on student needs
Personal Care Worker, Residential Care Officer, Disability Support Worker

Recognition of Prior Learning let a person to get recognition for the knowledge and skills they have. This includes skills from previous study, work experience and life experience, plus working in the same industry for few years.
Enrolment is open 365 days a year for the course.
